Dance Xcetera Theater Dress Code & Prep

Whether you're coming casual or dressing to the nines it's all good with us, we want this to be a personal and enjoyable experience for you!  Like most heavily populated events, the less scripted items you wear, the easier it can be for you.  We kindly ask all our guests to keep an eye on your script count, we currently allow up to 75 scripts per guest at this time.   Our concierge will contact you if your scripts are a bit too high and will work with you to help you lower them to a better level.  Since the easiest way to prepare for our show is at home, we hope our checklist is a worthy guide to help you prepare for an amazing, quality performance.  Bento is used in some of our performances, please make sure your viewer supports Bento.

To reduce distractions during our performances, please refrain from wearing an attachment that makes an avatar sound, ie. chewing gum, blowing bubbles, lighting cigarettes, coughing, sneezing, hiccuping, burping, growling, barking, heavy breathing, etc.

We encourage our guests to take advantage of our regions windlight settings by ensuring that this option is checked off in your preferences (ctrl + p).  Some of our directors take advantage of the windlight settings to help give ambience to their dances.

Use the Quick Preference guide below to set your Draw Distance, Max Particles, LOD, Max Avatars, Name Tags, and Region Windlight Setting.

Making adjustments will ensure that you and all of our guests, and performers can have a stress free, lag free, wonderful performance!  Thank you for your help!
